				Pray unceasingly is a workbook, a prayer book, a daily encouragement and self-examination, a prayer registry, and a journal. It is intended to help us pray unceasingly throughout the day while also being attentive to praying at specific times of the day. As the Catechism of the Catholic Church puts it, "…we can't pray 'at all times' if we do not pray at specific times, consciously willing it" (CCC 697). Using this book consistently, for even a few months, should help us the users, toward our goal of praying unceasingly and of examining our lives daily, thus helping us respond to the Holy Spirit's call to grow in holiness and to pray unceasingly.
